4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds on xgbet: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major commercial banks). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500. Alternatively, depositing ৳14,000 qualifies for the maximum ৳10,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳24,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

To withdraw a bonus, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount. Wagering applies only to the bonus amount, not the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 10 = a total of ৳15,000 must be wagered before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are applicable once per user and per household/address only.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the requirements are met.
• Multiple bonus offers cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly stated.
• xgbet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

6 VIP Program & Cashback

The xgbet VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Users can move up to higher tiers based on their regular gaming activity.

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% cashback per week.
• Silver: Up to 0.4% cashback per week.
• Gold: Up to 0.6% cashback per week.
• Platinum: Up to 0.8% cashback per week.

Cashback rates and benefits may change at the discretion of xgbet. VIP status may be revoked for any breach of terms.
